Terms and Conditions

(ORDERS MANAGEMENT)
1. All submitted orders are being reviewed from 30mins-1hour for approval,  and ready to forward on Dispatch Teams to packed and settled for the next procedure.
2. After the Dispatch Teams ready to packed and settled the time for logistics pick up and ready to the next day delivery.
3. The REYAL Teams set up for 2-3 days of orders preparing and ready to the courier service for delivery to our customers.
4. customer should prepare for the exact COD amount for receiving the items.
Note:
If the customer has been requested to a reschedule for next delivery,  our logistics partners requires 2 attempt to return to the store.
5. A successful delivery will be sent us and our CEO should send you a special FREEBIE for you!

(CONDITIONS)
1. Our Shop will allow exchanged of items if you order tagged as FRAGILE or Appliances,  Gadgets With  proof of Damage.
2. No Cancellation of Order after the Team ready to Ship.
3. Our shop not accepting for refund.
4. Damage due to the courier delivery fault please contact them immediately to request for returning.
5. Using of Voucher upon the checkout is Once or Twice only.
